📚 Pulled apart real case studies, including NASA
⚖️ Worked through a Just Culture scenario
🗣️ Practised how to talk about safety so people actually listen
What delegates wrote on their feedback sheets:
" Really like the broadness of the course – meaning not only focus on one area i.e. flight ops.”

We also talked about whether we should run a version for Nominated Post Holders, Accountable Managers and CEOs.
We're asking why not.
We asked what we could do better, and delegates told us.
We're acting on all of it.
Because a safety course that doesn't learn from its own feedback isn't really a safety course.
